Chef de Cuisine
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Chef Kyle Seethal began his culinary career in 2013. His experience across Dubai, the Cayman Islands, and England has shaped his diverse cooking style. Since joining JW Marriott Marco Island in 2022, he has taken on the role of Chef de Cuisine at Ario and Korals in 2024, bringing global flavors and techniques to his culinary creations.

Journey Through American Wine
Groups can indulge in an exclusive wine-tasting experience showcasing hidden gems from American vineyards. Guided by our resident sommelier, this journey pairs the finest American wines with international flavors. The experience includes a selection of four wines, each thoughtfully paired with a four-canapé menu, and lasts 90 minutes.
